10 skippers achieved the following:

  • 5 Gold Medals
  • 6 Silver Medals
  • 10 Bronze Medals
  • 27 Ribbons (for position 4th - 10th)

(The Double Dutch 4 x 30s Relay team won the Gold Medal, matching the AAU Olympic Record of 2007 and scoring even higher than the current 13-14 year-old category)

Our skippers in the Pair Single Speed event broke the 2009 record of 309 skips with 310 skips

15 skippers achieved the following:

  • 1 Silver
  • 8 Bronze
  • 6 Ribbons

11 skippers achieved the following:

  • 2 Bronze
  • 10th position (Overall for 10 years and under) - Achieved by an 8 yr old skipper

 

5th Asian Rope Skipping Championship (HK) Biennial

 

5 skippers achieved the following:

  • 3rd for Individual Freestyle Female Masters 14 years and below
  • ASIA CUP 3rd

 

2nd International Double Dutch Competition ( France) Biennial

 

1 skipper achieved the following:

  • Ranked 7th Position Worldwide

Physical Fitness

In a health and fitness survey conducted in 2010, QSE Survey 93.7% of the pupils indicated that they are aware of the importance of a balanced diet. 100% of them indicated that they have learnt at least 2 basic sport skills under school's fitness programme, and 77.4% indicated that they have taken part in at least 3 physically challenging activities within the year.

In relation to this, since 2005, our school received the Model School Tuckshop Award and the Silver Award in Championship Efforts Resulting in Improved School Health (CHERISH) from 2010 to 2011.
